Ingredients::
Sour cream/Cream: 830g, Vinegar: 150g, Powdered sugar: 20g, Salt: 5g, Black pepper: 1g
Instructions:
Vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground black (or white) pepper are whisked until the salt and powdered sugar dissolve. Before serving, sour cream is added and mixed in. The sauce is served with vegetable salads, cauliflower, mushrooms with vegetables, etc. Note: The same sauce can be prepared without sugar, in which case the sour cream is increased by 25 g.
