Mayonnaise (industrial production): 800g, Green peppers: 133g, Tomato paste: 100g, Salt: 1g
Instructions:
Tomato paste, heated to a boil, is cooled and mixed with mayonnaise sauce. Green peppers, cleaned of stems and seeds and finely chopped, and salt to taste are added. The mixture is stirred well. The sauce is served with cold meat and fish dishes.
