Onion sauce (rec. No. 57): 950g, Sterilized pickles: 180g, Pickled cucumbers: 110g
Instructions:
Sliced thinly pickles, slightly sautéed in their own juice, are added to the prepared hot sauce. After adding the pickles, the sauce must not boil. Served with natural or grilled pork chops, minute steaks, meatballs, etc.
