Ingredients::
Fresh mushrooms: 1150g (gross 1235g, cooked yield 750g) or Canned mushrooms: 852g (gross 1700g, cooked yield 750g), Butter: 100g or Margarine: 100g, Flour: 20g, Sour cream/Cream: 150g
Instructions:
The cleaned (or canned) mushrooms are sliced into strips and braised in fat. Sautéed flour is added, diluted with broth, seasoned, and finished with whipped cream/sour cream.
